The 32-year-old supermodel posted the above photo with her Yorkie and the following:
"My best friend, she will always live on in my heart. Let's never take for granted the unconditional love that our animals show us every single day."
Bundchen is currently pregnant with her second child with football star hubby Tom Brady.
