Animal lovers are dancing with joy at the news that Dancing with the Stars judge Carrie Ann Inaba has launched her own foundation to help our four-legged friends in need.

The proud pet parent to two dogs and four cats, over the course of her career the charismatic choreographer has helped to shine a spotlight on such organizations as Best Friends Animal Society and Kitty Bungalow and has found forever homes for felines through the Petsami web series Crib Cat. Now Inaba has announced that she will further her efforts through the Carrie Ann Inaba Animal Project, which will raise funds for pre-existing animal welfare organizations.

To kick start the foundation, the Carrie Ann inaba Animal Project will mix fun and philanthropy with an upcoming opportunity to win four tickets to the Dancing with the Stars Season All Star finale show and dinner with the animal-loving luminary.
