Pet fashionistas beware! TORU is stepping onto the runway with its new fall line of Rescue wear. The Toru brand was named after founders Susan Levine and Vanessa Rossman’s beloved buddies, Tony and Rudy (the To & RU of TORU). After finishing another successful line called the Good Dog collection that benefited the Good Dog Foundation, Toru decided to extend their efforts to the non-profit dog rescue organization Paws 4 You and so began TORU’s Rescue Wear.
Rescue wear designs can be attributed to its creators love for music, pop culture and its mission to “Rock your dog’s world”. TORU has accomplished this with their line of raglan tees and hoodies such as The Poo Fighters, Woofalicious and Sir-Hump-a Lot. Not only can your dog rock out in style but you can also because Toru has matching Rescue wear for owners. The collection comes in all sizes and a variety of this season’s hottest colors.
With every purchase of Toru clothing, 15% of the proceeds are donated to the Paws 4 You Rescue group. By combining doggie style with charity Toru Rescue Wear is certainly impacting animal awareness and doing it fashionably.
